These terms apply when you use NthSkill (nthskill.com). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give a real email address. One person, one account.

Using NthSkill

• Submit your own work. Don't try to break, overload or get around the service, its grading or its limits.
• Code you submit runs in an isolated sandbox for grading; don't submit anything meant to cause harm.
• Instructors: invite only students you teach, and use their results only to teach them.

AI features

The AI tutor, planning and grading help you learn; they can be wrong. Check what matters, and tell us when something looks off ("Report a problem" on any lesson).

Plans and payments

• Paid plans are one-time passes for a stated period, paid through Razorpay. They don't renew by themselves.
• When a pass ends nothing you made is removed; features beyond your plan stop.
• If something went wrong with a payment, email us within 7 days and we'll put it right or refund it.

Content

Lessons, questions and projects belong to NthSkill; use them for your own learning. Your code and answers stay yours — you let us store and process them to run the service (see the privacy policy).

Ending

You can stop using NthSkill and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

No guarantees

NthSkill helps you prepare for engineering work but doesn't promise a job or a result, and is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
